Although National Asian Pacific American Heritage Month is celebrated in May, we celebrated APIDA heritage between the months of March and April because the academic semester does not extend through all of May. Hiring Student Tutors

TRIO Collegiate Programs is currently recruiting tutors for the Summer and Fall Semesters. Tutoring for TRIO is generally on a 1-on-1 basis, and scheduling is very flexible. Pay ranges from $9-12 an hour. You can tutor any course that you have earned a B or higher in. All tutoring will be remote for the Summer/Fall 2021 semester unless otherwise noted.

Thank A Teacher

Thank A Teacher recognizes outstanding faculty going the extra mile to shape students through their teaching and mentorship. Students can submit thank you notes to the Office of Faculty Development via a web form, which are then compiled into a letter to the faculty member, signed by Provost Arden. Faculty frequently say how meaningful it is to receive these letters that demonstrate the impact they are having on their students.

If you are still looking to adjust your schedule or add another course for fall 2021, we still have a good number of open 400-level Poole courses. A list is provided at the link below. There are also still a bunch of seats open in ST 307 so consider scheduling that (even without BUS 351).
