The NC State Counseling Center offers a variety of workshops to help you learn more about a particular topic. One of these workshops is called REL 102 and is a great way to learn about all types of relationships. Explore the relationship with yourself and gain more insight into self-care and self-love in a 3 session series beginning on Feb. 14, 1-2 p.m. virtually.
