A Fresh Start for Nelson Hall and the Poole Community

Throughout summer 2021 Nelson Hall has undergone renovations to promote a more efficient learning environment and sense of community for Poole faculty, staff and students.

Extended Drop-In Advising

Do you have a scheduling question for the fall semester? Do you need to touch base with an academic advisor with a quick question? Extended advising drop-in will take place for the first 6 days of classes from 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. in Nelson 2150.

Updated COVID-19 Protocols

Professor of practice, James Scalise, uses his professional work experience to help students understand how to apply accounting skills to solve business problems with the goal of giving them a "leg up" on their journey through their first years of work.

12 Wolfpack Student-Athletes Compete in Tokyo Olympics


The 2020 Tokyo Olympics are underway with 12 NC State students representing 10 different countries. These students include Poole College's Sophie Hansson competing for Sweden in women’s swimming and Noe Ponti for Switzerland in men’s swimming.
