Dear students,
My name is Tedd Szeto, and I have the privilege of serving as the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Programs in the Poole College of Management. I hope you all are as excited as I am about coming to Nelson Hall in person. We can’t wait to welcome you!
A few quick reminders and tips as you prepare for the first day of school on Monday:
- Advising: If you have questions, stop by our Extended Drop-in Advising. Our advising team in Nelson 2150 is available every day for the first six days of class –– no appointment necessary.
- Map: If you’ve never been in the building before, here’s a map to help you. Consider exploring campus this weekend to figure out where all of your classes are.
- Masks: To keep everyone safe, masks are required in our Nelson Hall and in all indoor spaces on campus. If you forget, they are available in every classroom and all around the building. Also, upload your vaccination status to the HealthyPack Portal.
- Newsletter: Poole Student Connections, our newsletter, is emailed every other Sunday. Everything you need to know will be captured there and archived on our website.
- Poole Party: For a chance to explore Nelson Hall and opportunities to get connected, please come to the Poole Party on August 25. Free T-shirts and swag! Click the “I’m Interested” button on the event page to have it added to your calendar.
